Amanda successfully resolves family legal disputes because she listens to her clients concerns and finds practical, cost-effective solutions. As an associate in HDBOB's family law practice, Amanda is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of family law including: divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, property valuation and division, retirement division, spousal maintenance, and interstate custody and child support issues. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, with extensive case experience throughout the metro and rural counties.

Amanda received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, and her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Criminal Studies from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining HDBOB, she was mentored by one of the leading divorce attorneys in Minnesota and served as a Staff Attorney for Hennepin County Family Court. Amanda practices exclusively in family law and is committed to her clients, many of whom have referred friends and family for her services.

As a bilingual attorney, Amanda regularly volunteers in the community. She has been recognized in Hennepin Lawyer for her commitment to volunteering for the Family Court Self Help Centers, and provides family law services for Project Homeless Connect and Volunteer Lawyers Network. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association Family Law and Young Lawyers Sections.

Amanda was recently selected as a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics. Only 2.5 percent of the state’s lawyers are included on the list, which highlights Minnesota’s best up-and-coming legal talent.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. As a mother, daughter, and sister, she understands that her personal life experiences enable her to be a strong advocate for her family law clients.
