Trisha A. Vicario - Associate Attorney

Trisha A. Vicario is one of two HDBOB attorneys whose practice is primarily devoted to estate planning and probate. Named a “Rising Star” by her colleagues in Minnesota Law and Politics for her work in estate planning and probate, Trisha provides clients with assistance creating or revising their estate plan, solving issues involving trusts and estates and initiating and assisting clients through the probate and trust administration process. In addition to assisting her clients, Trisha speaks to other attorneys on estate planning and probate administration for both the Ramsey and Hennepin County Bar Associations and Minnesota Continuing Legal Education. Trisha is admitted to practice law in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, Arizona and California. Before joining HDBOB in 2006 she clerked for a district court judge in St. Cloud, working on civil, criminal, juvenile and family matters. Trisha is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she received a B.A in political science. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Hamline University School of Law. While at Hamline, she won numerous awards for legal research and writing, was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Hamline Law Review, and her law review article was selected for publication. It seems that Trisha is always on the run, whether at work or at home. Trisha completed the Twin Cities Marathon and various half marathons and frequently engages in races to raise money for deserving charitable organizations. While most runners take to the road to put on miles, Trisha’s young son keeps her busy. The daughter of two retired schoolteachers, Trisha loves to read and has instilled this love of reading into her son.
