Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration

We assist clients in planning their estates to ensure that their assets pass to the people or charities of their choice as efficiently as possibly and with the least possible tax.  The client’s needs may be met with a basic will or revocable living trust or may require a complex plan involving irrevocable trust and family limited partnerships.  We advise clients on all issues relating to estate planning, including avoiding probate through the use of revocable living trusts, planning charitable gifts, using trusts to control distributions to children, and reducing or eliminating gift, estate and generation skipping transfer taxes.  We also have extensive experience probating estates and assisting clients in administering trusts, including the preparation of estate tax returns and income tax returns for estates and trusts.
